Day 01 Pick up from Berhampur Station

On the first day of your trip, you will be picked up from Berhampur (also known as Brahmapur) Railway Station by our driver. The distance of Daringbadi from Berhampur is 120 km. After you arrive at Daringbadi, you will check in at the hotel. After lunch, you can freely visit the local area. You will eat dinner and overnight stay at Daringbadi.

Day 02 Daringbadi Local Sightseeing

Daringbadi is also named as “Kashmir of Odisha” because of its scenic features. On the 2nd day of your trip, you will be taken for an exciting sightseeing tour covering places like Hill View Point, Doluri River, Water falls, Pine Jungle and Coffee Garden, Lovers Paradise, the spellbinding ecotourism hub of Orissa. You can visit these places even during the summer. You will eat dinner and overnight stay at Daringbadi.

Day 03 Sunrise View and Departure

On the third day of your trip, you will be dropped at Berhampur Railway Station by our driver. From there, you will board your homeward train. Tour ends with sweet memories.

Passenger have to bear extra cost for required another Vehicle up gradation.
All kind of personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone bills, beverages, trekking, riding etc.

Guide charges.
Camera fee (still or movie).
Additional sightseeing charges or extra usage of vehicle.

Holiday Package Booking & Holding Policy

Booking will be confirmed after 50% payment in advance total billing amount.
Every person of traveler will must be give 2 copy ID Card Xerox and 2 copy current color Passport Size (3.5 x 4.5 cm) photo.

Cancellation Policy

25% of the booking money will be deducted, if cancelled within 90 days from the date of journey.
30% of the paid up amount will be deducted, if cancelled between 60 days to 89 days from the journey date.
50% of the paid up amount will be deducted, if cancelled between 30 days to 59 days from the journey date.
70% of the paid up amount will be deducted, if cancelled between 15 days to 29 days from the journey date.
No refund booking amount if cancelled before 15 days from the journey date.
Our company is not responsible for cancellation of the services by the vendors due to climatic change, Political reason or Bandh, or any reason Like (Hotels, Vehicles, Sightseeing) etc.
In addition to the above cancellation charges, you may be subjected to cancellation policy of the suppliers/ vendors applicable to your particular arrangements.
All refunds will be processed within but not limited to 30 days of cancellation of service. The refunds will be provided by whatever means feasible to A N INFOTECH.
Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, our company will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.

Children under four years are complimentary with her parents. And above five years children are paid fully package cost.
Hotel Check-out time 11.00 AM and Check-in time is 12.00 PM or as per Hotel time. For early Check-in or late Check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable from guest.
Booking will be confirmed after 50% payment in advance total billing amount. And remaining amount shuld be paid before 30 days in Check-in time.
Company are not responsible for any type of Accident, Theft, Loss, Natural Calamities, Political issue or Bandh, or schedule change.
Any extra expenses for Natural Calamities, Political reason or Bandh or schedule change, extra amount will charge to guest at spot.
For any additional/optional tour extra payment will charged at spot.
After full payment passengers will get entrie our Holiday programe.
Rooms will be allotted family wise 2/3/4 person in a room basis.
Cancellation will not be accepted over Telephone. Cancellation will be made through after e-mail or Physically Document verified.
Cancellation will not be entitled before 15 days commencement of the journey.
Please carry Original Photo ID and Address proof with 3 copy Xerox, Torch, Umbrella, Winter Jacket, Own medicine and light luggage for your convenience.
